1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and me011 ("me011," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the me011 online gaming platform available at me011.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through me011, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your me011 account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the me011 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of me011 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the me011 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by me011 or its affiliates.

me011 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. me011 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's misrepresentation of their eligibility.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of me011 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active me011 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. me011 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your me011 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. me011 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify me011 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Identity Verification (KYC): me011 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by me011 to verify your identity, age, and source of funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the me011 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: me011 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at me011's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. me011 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. me011 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party account.
• No Chargeback: By depositing funds, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider. Any chargeback attempt may result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover funds.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PHP. me011 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

me011 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be available in all jurisdictions or to all account types.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• me011 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• me011 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the me011 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios.
• me011 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player rate, or winning result for any game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, me011 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies.
• me011 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that gameplay integrity has been compromised.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me011 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with sports betting or casino games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward me011 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by me011.

8. Responsible Gaming

me011 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• me011 services are strictly for Players aged 21 years and above.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly from their account settings.
• Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting the me011 support team via live chat.
• me011 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are signs of problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the me011 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of me011 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of me011.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, me011 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

me011's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your me011 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

me011 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Suspension & Termination

me011 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected breach) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your me011 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

me011 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, me011 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
